It electronically registers prescriptions issued to citizens by public and private medical institutions and enables streamlined prescription management for doctors, patients, and pharmacists on a single platform.<\/p>\n Following a medical examination or consultation, citizens can obtain prescribed medications at any pharmacy by presenting the electronic prescription’s registration number or QR code<\/strong>. This code can be presented by the patient or a trusted representative. Citizens can also view their prescriptions by downloading the Reseptim<\/strong> (“My Prescription”) mobile application.<\/p>\n Advantages of the Electronic Prescription System<\/strong><\/p>\n The Reseptim<\/strong> mobile app is available for download on iOS and Android devices. Users can access the app via QR codes provided on the official websites sehiyye.gov.az<\/strong> and pharma.az<\/strong>, which also feature video instructions for patients and doctors on using the Electronic Prescription system.<\/p>\n The system includes medicines registered in Azerbaijan that have an expiration date and price limit determined by the Tariff (Price) Council and have undergone state registration in accordance with current legislation.<\/p>\n According to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Medicines” (Article 12-1)<\/strong>, prescriptions may include unregistered medications if required by clinical protocols. The prescription is submitted to a designated authority for approval.
