A delegation from the State Agency for Compulsory Medical Insurance<\/strong>, led by Chairman Zaur Aliyev<\/strong>, conducted a working visit to the Republic of Serbia<\/strong><\/a> from May 15 to 18, 2024. The delegation included key agency representatives responsible for international relations, healthcare services, legal affairs, and strategic development.<\/p>\n

As part of the visit, the delegation paid tribute to Azerbaijan\u2019s<\/a> national leader Heydar Aliyev<\/strong> by laying flowers at his monument in Ta\u0161majdan Park, Belgrade<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

At the invitation of Sanja Radojevi\u0107 \u0160kodri\u0107, Head of Serbia\u2019s National Health Insurance Fund<\/strong>, discussions focused on experience exchange and future cooperation opportunities<\/strong>. The two institutions agreed to sign a Memorandum of Understanding<\/strong> to establish a legal framework for collaboration.<\/p>\n

The delegation also visited public medical institutions in Belgrade<\/strong>, gaining insights into the organization of primary healthcare, outpatient and inpatient services, and emergency medical care<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This visit reinforces the Agency\u2019s commitment to enhancing compulsory health insurance services through international collaboration<\/strong>. The Agency continues to engage with foreign institutions and global organizations<\/strong> to improve healthcare quality and accessibility.<\/p>\n
