Korea\u2019s National Health Insurance Service (NHIS), in partnership with KOICA Q-Deep, the Ministry of Health, and the National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF), is conducting preliminary studies on Universal Health Coverage (UHC) as part of an eight-month project initiated in October 2024.<\/p>\n This collaboration aims to establish a robust foundation for UHC in Tanzania by developing a long-term implementation strategy. The technical assistance focuses on key areas, including government support through analysis of existing UHC models, policy planning, and capacity building within the Ministry of Health and NHIF.
