Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh expressed gratitude for WHO\u2019s vital support during the COVID-19 pandemic, which contributed to Vietnam\u2019s successful containment and rapid recovery. He outlined Vietnam\u2019s shift in healthcare strategy, emphasizing disease prevention, health promotion, and the enhancement of primary healthcare and public health infrastructure.<\/p>\n
