El PND 2018-2025 se estructura en torno a los siguientes grandes temas: i) capital humano y bienestar; ii) productividad econ\u00f3mica y competitividad ; iii) medio ambiente, cambio clim\u00e1tico y desarrollo regional, y iv) gobernanza.
