El informe identifica las \u00e1reas prioritarias de modernizaci\u00f3n y las principales direcciones para reforzar la capacidad del Ministerio de Sanidad. Para ello, al igual que para el an\u00e1lisis de situaci\u00f3n y el informe de diagn\u00f3stico, el estudio se estructur\u00f3, a petici\u00f3n del beneficiario, en torno a los seis (6) pilares del sistema sanitario definidos por la OMS, a saber : <\/p>\n
