Las principales fuentes de financiamiento en 2016 fueron las recaudaciones fiscales que realiza el gobierno con 32,1% del total y las cotizaciones sociales que obliga el Instituto de Previsi\u00f3n Social con 19,6% del total. En el sector privado la mayor fuente la constitu\u00edan los ingresos de hogares que representaban el 38% del total. Las fuentes de pagos voluntarios de personas y hogares constituyeron el 10% del total, que sumados aportaban el 48% de las fuentes.
