Este informe pretende abordar los siguientes objetivos de investigaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n

  1. Identificaci\u00f3n de ineficiencias presupuestarias y de asignaci\u00f3n en las operaciones del sector sanitario en Mali ;<\/li>\n
  2. Identificar las ineficacias e inequidades t\u00e9cnicas de la pol\u00edtica del AMO en materia de medicamentos exclusivamente, incluidas las disposiciones sobre cobertura de medicamentos, m\u00e1rgenes y copagos;<\/li>\n
  3. Especifica medidas concretas para conseguir mejoras de eficiencia;<\/li>\n
  4. Estimar el volumen de recursos adicionales que podr\u00edan generar las intervenciones destinadas a mejorar la eficiencia asignativa y t\u00e9cnica;<\/li>\n
  5. Aportar pruebas asociadas al impacto que estos recursos adicionales pueden tener en la protecci\u00f3n financiera si se asignan a intervenciones rentables.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
