Se crea el Sistema Nacional del Seguro de Salud con el objetivo fundamental de otorgar prestaciones de salud igualitarias, integrales y humanizadas, tendientes a la promoci\u00f3n, protecci\u00f3n, recuperaci\u00f3n y rehabilitaci\u00f3n de la salud. El mismo debe garantizar a los beneficiarios de las Obras Sociales la obtenci\u00f3n del mismo tipo y nivel de prestaciones.
Se consideran agentes del seguro a las obras sociales nacionales, las obras sociales de otras jurisdicciones y dem\u00e1s entidades que adhieran al sistema, las que deben adecuar sus prestaciones de salud a las normas incorporadas en esta ley, su reglamentaci\u00f3n y la ley de Obras Sociales, en lo pertinente.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
