El 15 de julio de 2011, el Presidente de la Rep\u00fablica del<\/a> Congo promulg\u00f3 la ley por la que se establece “un sistema de seguridad social destinado a proteger a los trabajadores y a sus familias, as\u00ed como a otras categor\u00edas de la poblaci\u00f3n, contra los riesgos y peligros inherentes al trabajo y a la vida<\/strong> “.<\/p>\n

La ley especifica que el sistema de seguridad social comprende reg\u00edmenes obligatorios y no obligatorios.<\/p>\n
