Con esta perspectiva, Senegal pretende construir progresivamente un sistema de protecci\u00f3n social universal, garantizando al mismo tiempo una protecci\u00f3n social b\u00e1sica y una cobertura sanitaria a lo largo de todo el ciclo vital.
