Asistieron unas diez personas, t\u00e9cnicos del Ministerio de Sanidad, ST AMU, MEF (DGB) y PTF (DUE, Banco Mundial y OMS). Se debatieron en profundidad las cuestiones identificadas en el primer taller (n\u00ba 40). Al t\u00e9rmino de la reuni\u00f3n, se pidi\u00f3 a cada miembro del Comit\u00e9 de Redacci\u00f3n que redactara una serie de notas de s\u00edntesis para situar los distintos debates en el lugar, el momento y los t\u00e9rminos adecuados.
