Seg\u00fan informa Nor Ain Mohamed Radhi en el New Straits Times, el ministro de Sanidad, Datuk Seri Dr. Dzulkefly Ahmad, dio a conocer el plan del Ministerio de Sanidad de Malasia de crear un Fondo Nacional de Salud para financiar los servicios sanitarios p\u00fablicos. Este fondo reunir\u00e1 diversas fuentes de financiaci\u00f3n, incluidos los impuestos, los ingresos no fiscales y los fondos asignados a actividades como el impuesto sobre las bebidas azucaradas.<\/p>\n

“Esta iniciativa pretende sensibilizar a las partes interesadas sobre la importancia de la financiaci\u00f3n de la sanidad, fomentando su participaci\u00f3n para impulsar cambios positivos en la financiaci\u00f3n de la sanidad”, declar\u00f3 la Ministra de Sanidad.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

En respuesta a la preocupaci\u00f3n por el aumento de los costes m\u00e9dicos, el ministro de Sanidad inst\u00f3 a los centros sanitarios privados a adoptar la asistencia sanitaria basada en el valor, que da prioridad a los resultados sanitarios frente al modelo tradicional de pago por servicio.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, el Ministerio de Sanidad est\u00e1 trabajando en una direcci\u00f3n de reformas de la financiaci\u00f3n de la sanidad encaminadas a reducir los gastos de bolsillo y mejorar la eficiencia de la financiaci\u00f3n de la sanidad, que se anunciar\u00e1 en breve.<\/p>\n
