Marina Cardenas Robles
Marina Cardenas Robles, PhD, brings 20 years’ experience in health financing to her role as a P4H Network community facilitator who collaborates with the P4H Coordination Desk. Marina holds degrees in economics from the Bolivian Catholic University and in applied macroeconomics from the Catholic University of Chile. She served as a development specialist and health project manager for USAID/Bolivia, as a health systems strengthening adviser for USAID/Rwanda and as a country manager for UNAIDS/Bolivia.
