Le 3 juillet 2020, le Parlement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral allemand, le Bundestag, a adopt\u00e9 la loi sur la protection des donn\u00e9es des patients ou Patientendaten-Schutz-Gesetz<\/a> (PDSG). Elle est entr\u00e9e en vigueur moins de quatre mois plus tard, le 20 octobre 2020. <\/p>\n Le PDSG s’inscrit dans le cadre de la num\u00e9risation du syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 allemand.
