The Plan strengthen and guide cooperation between WHO and the Ministry of Health as the steward of all stakeholders operating in the health sector in mutually agreed upon priority areas to promote, maintain, recover and improve the health of all people living in Oman, guided by the priorities addressed in the 10th 5-year health and development plan.
