Zarina Temekova

Zarina Temekova is a health financing specialist with over a decade of technical and leadership experience in Kazakhstan. She holds two master’s degrees in economics – from Russian University of Peoples' Friendship, Moscow, and from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Almaty. Zarina serves as deputy general director of research at Salidat Kairbekova National Research Center for Health Development in Astana, bringing a wealth of experience to her role as P4H-TEG representative for Kazakhstan.
