This strategy document is a tool for guiding health financing initiatives to achieve universal health coverage, and provides an appropriate framework for coordinating the actions of the various players involved in health financing.
As part of the operationalization of this strategy, action plans will be implemented in three (3) year increments. This document sets out the operational action plan for the 2018-2020 period. It focuses on the following points:
