Demand for health care is growing and external donor support is becoming more uncertain. Consequently, domestic resource mobilization (DRM) for health has emerged as an important topic in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). This brief articulates the lessons learned which support ministries of health and their partners as they organize their work on and realize opportunities for DRM.
