In support of the Ministry of Health, the World Bank and the GFF plan to recruit an international firm, in collaboration with a national consultant, to provide direct support to the government and the unit dedicated to budget analysis.
The Ministry of Health will identify resource persons from their team, who will be responsible for monitoring this process and taking ownership of the exercise so as to be able to pilot it in the future.
