On Tuesday, October 12, 2021, the coordination and consultation meeting of partners for health and development in Burundi was held at the Institut National de Santé Publique in Bujumbura. The meeting, chaired by the Minister of Public Health, validated the 2016 and 2018 health accounts, as well as the collaborative process for drawing up the Health Financing Strategy for Universal Health Coverage in Burundi. This document, which will set out Burundi’s strategic options in its march towards the CSU, is expected in March 2022. The operationalization elements can then be produced.
