The mission was carried out by Viktoria Rabovskaja upon request of the GIZ Regional Health Program in Central Asia to analyze options for further engagement regarding SHP/UHC reforms in Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan through collaboration with the German P4H Sector Project. The scoping mission was financially supported by SDC.
The purpose was to assess the current stage of health financing reforms and respective additional technical support needs in Tajikistan. The report also refers to possible P4H network support.
