This tool allows users to collect data for 10-12 standardized indicators of progress on health aid effectiveness from governments and development partners.
Purpose
The purpose of this tool is to monitor progress on health aid effectiveness.
Methodology and type of data required
The tool consists of a self-administrated questionnaire with guidance on how to fill it. An overview document and detailed guidance with key definitions, well as the methodology for rating the indicators against targets are available.
The tool can be adapted for use at country level by the government and its partners.
