The Primary Health Care Strengthening Program (PHCSP) aims at contributing to the implementation of the Investment Case (IC) for Reproductive, Maternal, Neonatal, Child and Adolescent Health and Nutrition (RMNCAH+N). The Program financing was 253 M$ in 2019 for a 5-year period (2018-23). It is managed by the World Bank and co-financed by State Budget, the World Bank/IDA (loan), GFF, a Multi-Donor Trust Fund (CA, NL, UK) and a Single-Donor Trust Fund (USAID).
