Meeting with a key group of TFPs (USAID, WB, EU, WHO, UNICEF, UNFPA, BMGF, AFD, France, Canada, Japan).
- Location: To be determined by the TFPs.
- Content of the meeting : i) To provide answers to certain questions about GFF, ii) Informal discussions on who to empower to take the lead on this or that aspect of the GFF, so as to be better prepared to participate in the various meetings that follow during the Secretariat’s mission. + draft roadmap for DI

Meeting with all stakeholders (Ministries in charge of health, finance, TFPs, civil society, private sector).

Blaise Compaoré Hospital conference room.
- Contents: Introducing GFF, ii) Discussions on the roadmap for preparing the investment file, iii) Discussing the platform.
Thursday, February 22, 2018.
9am-12pm:
Continuation of the workshop with all stakeholders
- Presentation of the roadmap at the major TFP meeting.
- Contents: GFF presentation, Roadmap
- Discussions on the roadmap to gather final inputs from TFPs.
3pm-4pm :
Closing meeting to officially launch the process with the various stakeholders.
- Content: Brief presentation of the GFF and discussion of the mission’s main findings and next steps.
- Involved: Ministers in charge of health and the economy, PTF, SG health, Cabinet of the Minister of Health, DGCOOP, DGEP, DGB, central directors of the Ministry of Health, civil society, private sector, DCPM, media organizations.
- Venue: DGCOOP conference meeting room.
