Since 2018, the National Council of Civil Society Organizations (CNOSC/BF) has been engaged in citizen monitoring of public service provision in the health sectors. The Hauts-Bassins and Nord regions are in the sights of this federation of civil society organizations, which has delivered the results of its fieldwork for the year 2020.
It shows that attendance at health centers has improved, thanks in particular to the policy of free care for pregnant women and children under five. Other points to note include an overall reduction in waiting times for users in health facilities, the existence of management committees in all health facilities, etc.
