Civil society organisations (CSOs) have urged the government to increase budgetary allocation to the health sector to ensure sustainability of the gains made with the help of development partners over the years. Currently, donor funding is in transitionary period and likely to reduce since the country’s attainment of the middle-income status. The country therefore, will be expected to fund its own development programmes by 2026. The director of one of the CSOs, Mrs Cecilia Senoo mentioned immunisation, funding for which, she said, was a major concern
