The WHO together with the P4H country focal person discussed the guidance note for national budgetary dialogue with the Partnership and Cooperation Directorate (PCD), Ministry of Health, Ethiopia. Discussions were also conducted on the ongoing work financing for health emergencies. The PCD acknowledged the importance of the issue and suggested further discussion with the technical staff of MOH’s Health Economics and Financial Analysis team.
