The Thai cabinet has approved 209 billion baht for the Universal Coverage Scheme in the fiscal year 2023, which increases by 4.12% from the previous year. The newly added services are mainly related to COVID-19, such as expenses for RT-PCR tests, antigen test kits (ATKs) and COVID vaccination services.
