The MSANP’s Universal Health Coverage Implementation Support Unit, with the support of HP+ and technical and financial partners supporting work on UHC (UNICEF, WORLD BANK, P4H, WHO), has initiated work to draw up national health financing strategies, in line with the guidelines and recommendations for the development of UHC in Madagascar. A draft of the document has already been drawn up, and consultation meetings have been held with stakeholders such as the National Assembly, the World Bank, UNICEF and soon the private sector. Following this work, recommendations were made to better frame the work, and in order to have a document that is inclusive and consistent with the current situation, CACSU’s SMF intends to organize work on drafting and updating the document with CACSU/MSANP’s technical teams, the subject of this ToR.
