Damir Kobzhasarov
Damir Kobzhasarov is the P4H country focal person for Kazakhstan. He is director of the department of strategy at the Social Health Insurance Fund of Kazakhstan. He holds a doctor of hygiene and epidemiology degree from West Kazakhstan Marat Ospanov Medical University and a master of business administration from Almaty Management University.
