The Networks of Practice (NoP) initiative aims to enhance access to quality essential health care in Ghana by 2030 through improved coordination and resource sharing among health providers within specific geographical areas, addressing challenges like poor referral systems and inadequate provider-payment mechanisms. Rooted in the Primary Health Care (PHC) strategy, NoP focuses on comprehensive, patient-centered care for common health conditions. These guidelines are intended to serve as a reference and management guide for all health sector stakeholders, facilitating the operationalization of NoP and promoting collaboration to strengthen Ghana’s health system in pursuit of universal health coverage objectives.
