On September 19, 2019, starting at 10 a.m., a working meeting was held in the conference room of the Ministry of the Civil Service, Labor and Social Protection on the financing of Universal Health Coverage (CSU) in Burkina Faso. This meeting is the first in a series of three (3) meetings to operationalize the CSU’s financing policy.
The aim of the meeting was to take stock of the state of operation or preparation of the various schemes in place or planned. These included free health care, strategic purchasing, mutual insurance and the Universal Health Insurance Scheme (RAMU).
