Burkina Faso’s national health financing strategy was submitted to the Council of Ministers last year, but the latter asked that it be reintroduced with an implementation plan. To this end, the new Minister of Health has set up an Editorial Committee. Funded by the Global Fund, and assisted by a national consultant financed by the WHO, the Drafting Committee submitted its copy to the hierarchy in this first week of October 2018.
