Thailand will distribute 8.5 million COVID rapid antigen test kits (ATK) to the public for free, starting from September 16 onwards.
The public can receive the ATKs from health offices across nation, pharmacies, hospitals and clinics that participate in the ATK distribution program.
People who have positive results for COVID via ATK can contact the nearest clinic, where they obtained the test kit, for processing to enter home or community isolation.
Those who are under the home or community isolation will receive free three meals per day, free medication as well as medical devices such as thermometers and fingertip oximeters.
