The State Agency for Compulsory Medical Insurance successfully implemented its 2024 Communication Strategy, holding 300 awareness events in public institutions, schools, universities, and religious communities. These efforts enhance transparency and access to MHI services.
The State Agency for Compulsory Health Insurance, in collaboration with the State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations and with the support of local executive authorities, successfully conducted educational events aimed at raising awareness about compulsory health insurance (CHI) among religious figures and community members.
These events provided detailed information on the CHI system, its benefits, and the rights of insured individuals to access medical services. More than 100 religious leaders, including akhunds, imams, and community representatives from various districts, actively participated in discussions on promoting public awareness of CHI.
The initiative emphasized the role of religious leaders in educating the wider population and explored ways to enhance outreach, including the placement of informational materials in mosques. The sessions also included a Q&A segment, allowing participants to voice concerns and receive clarifications regarding CHI implementation.
Further training sessions are planned in Surakhani, Khatai, and Nizami districts.
The State Agency for Compulsory Health Insurance expresses its gratitude to the Narimanov, Yasamal, and Nizami District Executive Authorities, as well as the Heydar Juma Mosque, for their support in this public awareness initiative.
