The Cambodian National Institute of Public Health and P4HC+ facilitated a one-day workshop for senior managers of institutes engaged in social health protection, including the Ministries of Health, Labour and Economy and Finance. The objective of this event was to introduce alternative forms of management as a complement or alternative to the prevailing top-down bureaucratic approach of government institutions. The event was led by Professor Steffen Flessa, Head of Department of Health Care Management of Greifswald University.
