The Phnom Penh Post, 29 March 2019: At the network’s launch in Phnom Penh, attended by almost 100 officials from the Ministry of Health and international health organisations, and members of the community, a 2018 World Health Organisation (WHO) report was used to highlight that 64 per cent of deaths in Cambodia were due to NCDs.
