The unofficial translation would be –
“……. Universal Health Coverage is a promise we made. In the next 5 years, we will make more investment on health and special arrangements to produce locally medicines and equipment, to improve the quality of care to the international standards, to upgrade medical technologies and to improve health service delivery in the public sector in order to reduce expenditure in foreign currencies.”
The other issues she mentioned include peace, COVID19 (including Myanmar Economic Recovery and Reform Plan – MERRP and vaccines), national electrification, foreign investment and education.
