Togo‘s Head of State, Faure Essozimna Gnassingbé, chaired the Council of Ministers on October 11, 2023.
The Council examined seven draft decrees, four of which relate to Universal Health Insurance.
This decree sets the terms and conditions governing liability, affiliation and registration for the medical assistance scheme.
