Decree N.43/2020, dated March 31, 2020, adopting Urgent Economic Measures for the Strengthening of the National System of Social Protection and Support to the SMEs. This Decree includes a series of urgent measures that the Government adopts, in the current fiscal year, within the framework of the National Health Alarm, affecting both public revenues and expenditures, in order to facilitate the financing of the budget, mitigate the negative effects of COVID-19 on the economic activity and on the most vulnerable social strata.
