The report provides background on Mozambique’s health financing context and opportunities to inform its planned National Health Financing Dialogue (NHFD). It was prepared by ThinkWell through extensive research and discussions with national stakeholders to provide a comprehensive overview of the state of health financing in Mozambique, drawing on local context, progress, and commitments. Opportunities to support Mozambique to reach its commitments are identified, which may be used as a starting point in NHFD discussions.
