Mapping started in December 2017 with a request from the Ministry of Health through the BSD, followed by Mr. Minister signing a circular letter sent to all PTFs with the mapping tool. Then a follow-up data collection was carried out in February 2018 by an international consultant with GFF funding. Meetings were organized with various landlords to help them fill in the tool. Finally, analysis of the data provided after receiving information from all the institutions concerned.
