The National Health Development Plan 2012-2025 (PNDS), drawn up by a Multisectoral Commission, created by Presidential initiative, through Presidential Order No. 84/11 of 27 October, is a strategic-operational instrument aimed at materialising the guidelines set out in the ‘Angola 2025’ Long-Term Development Strategy. Development Strategy ‘Angola 2025’ and in the National Health Policy, as part of the reform of the National Health System. The drafting of the National Health Development Plan 2012-2025 takes place in a context of political stability, socio-economic growth of political stability, socio-economic growth and consolidation of democracy in the process of sustainable development in which the country is already engaged.
