The conference is organized under the aegis of the Ministry of Health by the Telemedicine Program, Swiss TPH and the World Bank, with technical support from the SysRef and PADS teams, in partnership with the Centre de Support en Santé Internationale (CSSI) and the Communauté des Amis de l’Informatique pour le Développement (CAID-Tchad).

- Digital health : Concept and governance
- Experiments in digital health in Chad : DHIS2, telemedicine, openIMIS, SysRef, Pnud incubator project,
- National digital health strategy : experience in Mali, Niger, Cameroon and Gabon
- Round table on the development of a roadmap for digital health in Chad.
