Health Minister of Zambia Chitalu Chilufya presented The Health Insurance Bill to Parliament. The first reading took place on Friday 8th of December and the bill was deferred to the Committee on Health, Community Development and Social Services. Second and third reading are most likely going to take place in February 2018 when Parliament sitting resumes.
