Health Finance and Governance project was requested by the Ministry of Economy and Finance for examples from other countries concerning the organizational arrangements for managing social protection, including councils and associated secretariats in support of the council; as well as to develop terms of references for the NSPC and its secretariat. P4HC+ partners were also invited as resource persons in this event.
