A high-level dialogue on domestic resource mobilization was organized in Togo at the initiative of the Global Fund and with the support of WHO. The activity is part of the process of developing a National Health Financing Strategy (SNFS) and follows on from two major activities : the study on innovative financing mechanisms (2013, published in 2014) and the diagnostic study of the health financing system using the ” OASIS ” tool (2015). In addition, the PNDS (2017-2022) has been drawn up and budgeted, all approved by the Council of Ministers this month (February 2017).
