Niger presidential election: the president’s social and political challenges

In the run-off presidential election on February 21, Niger will choose between Mohamed Bazoum and Mahamane Ousmane as Mahamadou Issoufou’s successor. Whoever wins, the challenges will be many, from education and security to health and the fight against corruption. As for the local population, they expect a clear improvement in their living conditions.
