The National Health Insurance Act was established to improve citizen’s health and social security by providing health insurance benefits, covering diagnosis, medical treatment, rehabilitation, prevention and promotion services. This document is an updated version of the National Health Insurance Act, which was enforced in 2023. It provides details of the National Health Insurance Act such as administration, eligible persons, contribution rates, and health insurance benefits. In addition, it includes the Enforcement Decree of the National Health Insurance Act.
